Subscriptions & plans

Who needs a subscription?

Individuals subscribe to file for themselves. Firms subscribe based on client limits. Accountants (staff) don’t need their own subscription — they’re invited by firms for free.

What modules are included?

ITSA (SA100), VAT MTD, Landlord/Property, CIS, Director, Sole Trader. Availability may differ by plan tier.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Clients & roles

How do client limits work for firms?

Your plan sets a maximum number of active clients. Archive clients to free up capacity anytime.

Are accountants/staff seats free?

Yes. Firms can invite accountants and staff at no extra seat cost, and restrict access per client and module.

What roles are available?

Owner, Admin, Preparer, Reviewer, Billing, and Read-only — all with per-client granularity.

HMRC & MTD

Do you support HMRC OAuth for agents and individuals?

Yes. Agents connect via ASA; individuals connect their own HMRC accounts. Tokens are stored securely and refreshed as needed.

Which submissions are supported?

ITSA (SA100) schedules, VAT MTD returns, and MTD property periods (UK & foreign). We also fetch obligations, liabilities, and payments where applicable.

Billing & trials

Is there a free trial?

Yes, a 7-day trial with sample data and limited submissions.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from Billing. Access continues until the end of the current cycle.

Do you provide invoices and VAT receipts?

Yes. All billing documents are available for download from your account.

Security & data

How do you protect my data?

Encryption at rest and in transit, 2FA, role-based access, per-submission audit logs, and regular backups.

Where is my data stored?

Data is hosted in reputable EU/UK regions (subject to your deployment), aligned with GDPR principles.
